Amanda Kube
CEO & Founder

With nearly three decades of multidisciplinary leadership, Amanda Kube leads Continental Support Company with a strategic focus on operational excellence, brand integrity, and compliance-first systems tailored for the real estate industry.

Her experience spans real estate, human resources, organizational compliance, executive-level administration, public relations, operations management, and education. She has overseen large teams, directed full-scale property operations, and built scalable infrastructure across both for-profit and nonprofit sectors. Her business acumen was solidified early, having successfully founded and exited multiple ventures, including a multi-location medical imaging company launched during a national recession.

Amanda brings a deep understanding of regulated environments and professional standards. She has led global training platforms, authored multiple publications, and trained thousands of professionals worldwide. Her academic background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and advanced graduate study in operational systems and leadership. She is a Florida-commissioned Remote Online Notary, formerly licensed in Michigan real estate, with recent Florida real estate coursework completed to maintain alignment with current industry standards.

At Continental, Amanda personally developed the firm’s service infrastructure, legal-conscious workflows, and multi-tier support model for agents, teams, and brokerages. Her leadership ensures clients receive reliable execution, high-performance backend support, and systems that protect both reputation and revenue.

Michael Kube
Director of Operations

Michael brings more than 25 years of leadership in administration, recruitment, and organizational management. A U.S. Army veteran and recipient of the Glen E. Morrell Award for Recruiting Excellence, he has managed high-performing teams, streamlined complex systems, and led impactful community initiatives. He also built and scaled a successful business, strengthening his expertise in operations, client service, and process improvement.

At Continental, Michael oversees daily operations, staff training, and system improvements that ensure seamless client experiences and efficient workflows. He holds a BA in Business and previously maintained a Florida Community Association Manager license, combining military discipline, entrepreneurial insight, and administrative expertise to advance Continental’s mission of delivering white-glove support to real estate professionals nationwide.

Tina Panteli brings more than 30 years of administrative and operational expertise to her role as Associate Director of Operations at Continental. Her background spans corporate travel, housing services, and educational support, where she built deep skills in client relations, team coordination, and process management. At Continental, Tina oversees daily operations with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence. Highly proficient in modern business software and digital platforms, she streamlines workflows, supports staff with clear guidance, and ensures clients experience the reliable, high-level service that defines Continental
