Arielle is a licensed Ohio real estate professional and experienced Transaction Coordinator who specializes in managing the full contract-to-close process with accuracy, speed, and exceptional communication. With years of experience supporting agents through independent TC work and national real estate platforms, she is known for taking nearly all administrative and compliance responsibilities off the agent’s plate so they can focus on clients and new business.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Science with an Education Concentration and a minor in Psychology, bringing a strong blend of organization, client care, and problem-solving to every file. Arielle’s background includes listing management, CRM organization, calendar and email oversight, and post-close coordination, allowing her to streamline workflows and deliver a smooth, stress-free transaction experience from start to finish.

Jessica is an experienced Transaction Coordinator based in Ohio with a strong background in real estate administration, contract processing, and title operations. With several years of hands-on experience supporting agents, reviewing documentation, and managing listings and sales through Dotloop and the MLS, she brings precision, organization, and reliability to every transaction she handles.
Her career includes roles in real estate offices, title companies, and team administration, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both the front end and the back end of a real estate transaction. Jessica has processed contracts, ordered title work, verified deeds and taxes, coordinated HOA/POA documentation, and served as the main point of contact for agents and clients throughout the contract-to-close process.
