Melissa W. is a seasoned Transaction Coordinator and licensed Tennessee Realtor with more than a decade of real estate experience. Having supported hundreds of successful transactions across Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee, she brings a high level of contract knowledge, organization, and client-focused professionalism to every file she manages.
Melissa’s background spans 11 years of administrative leadership, listing support, marketing, and full contract-to-close coordination. As both a former Arkansas Realtor (2017–2018) and an active Tennessee Realtor (2024–present), she understands the real-world challenges agents face and what it takes to keep a transaction on track. Her experience includes preparing listing documents, managing MLS input, coordinating inspections and appraisals, maintaining deadlines, drafting amendments, and communicating with all parties involved.
